Do you have lockers?

Yes, lockers are available inside the dressing room.

Do you have water or should I bring my own?

Our gym has water stations but you need to bring your own bottle, or you can buy drinks from us.

Is there food and drinks available to buy?

We don’t have any food options but we have drinks for sale.

What do you provide?

Shower towels, sweat towels, hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, water station and equipment for each session (hand wraps and gloves).

Are there showers?

Yes. We also have body wash, shampoo and conditioner for your comfort.

The Sessions

What kind of sessions do you offer?

We’ve got Personal Training and Group Classes for you to choose. Each session varies 1 hour.

What happen if I’m late for a session?

When a session has started, the session will be counted in. So don’t be late – you snooze, you lose.

I’ve not done boxing before, will I be fine?

Of course, we have boxing basics for beginners to start with.

Do I need to bring my own equipment or kit?

Yes, please wear workout attire. We can rent hand wraps and gloves for you. If you want to get your own, you can buy it from our gym.

Can I bring friends to private training sessions?

Yes, $250 for each additional head to a maximum 4 people total.

Do you offer corporate events or private sessions for groups?

Yes, bring the whole squad down to classes. We can offer private venue hire too. For any corporate studio hiring or general enquiries, please email us (info@rct.com.hk) or call us at 2631-6885.

Session Booking, Reschedule, and Cancellation

How do I book a session?

You can book your sessions through this website on the class schedule page, using the “RCT Boxing” app, call us at 2631-6885 or send email to info@rct.com.hk for bookings.

Can I transfer a booked session to a friend if I can’t attend?

This is dependent on what package you have. Call us at 2631 6885 to check with the team.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes, you can reschedule the session 24 hours before it starts

Can I cancel a session?

Yes, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours, the session will be counted as used.

What happens if I don’t show up?

We will call you first. If we cannot find you, the session will be counted as used.

Can I freeze or pause my package?

No, unless a medical proof is provided.

Billing and Payment

How do I pay for classes?

In person at our gym or through the "RCT Boxing" app available on Android and iOS.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and check for payment.

When am I charged?

Once you purchase the sessions or packages, you will be billed immediately.

Can I get a refund?

All sessions and packages are non-refundable.
